Played an instrumental role in driving the brand's online presence, the content creation process and digital marketing strategies. During my tenure, I took charge of managing the #LostShiftBartender program, that generated significant traction, achieving an impressive conversion rate of 7.5%. This unique initiative developed in response to the challenges faced by bartenders during the COVID-19 pandemic and resulted in a total of 7,500 conversions. These efforts led to provide digital work opportunities for bartenders affected by lockdowns and venue closures.
